He secured Second Position in c/w All India Police Games (Judo Competition) held at Agartala, Tripura in the year 1992.
He awarded Black Belt for Judo on 22/08/1994 at Puri, Orissa.
He secured First Position in State Judo Championship organised by West Bengal Judo Association on 10th June-1995.
He secured Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals (in different categories)in the State Judo Championship-2003
